Pat Desmond was born in 1946. She is still alive in 2023. She moved her blog in 2022 after her old internet provider disrupted its content. Pat began working in journalism in 1966. In 1995 she created the Milton Times with the help of her family and the local business community. Her daughter June is now publisher of the Milton Times as she takes over ownership of the company. Pat retired in August 2022.
